Appearance:
Audriane is a slight fairy. She isn‘t tall or stocky, or short or thin. Her body build is strong yet skinny- with a feline sense to it. The color of her skin is pale and almost white. She is sometimes called a vampire, except her pearly white, straight teeth don‘t have fangs. Her lips are full and pale purple. Usually her nails are a rich indigo color with silver flowers that trail up her hands and decorate them in ‘gloves’.
The fairy has extremely beautiful eyes. They are of an almond shape, yet wide with knowledge and bright silver. Her lashes are very long, always covering up the top of her eyes (the white gleam) and making them look endlessly shiny. Audriane‘s hair is so blonde that it too looks silver. Really, it is a white that just reflects the colors around it, making it turn any color that would look best in the place she was at. It is straight and falls just below her shoulder.[/color]

Personality:
Audriane is kind and helpful to anyone she meets. That is, until someone uses her to their advantage. To her, that‘s like one of the worst things that someone could do to her. The girl is easily distracted by things that need fixed if she can help them.
Her fear of wolves is constant and horrible. If she sees a wolf, Audriane faints. (You‘ll know why later.) Only close friends will say anything even using the word “wolf“ in a sentence. Shapeshifters can be OK to be around… unless they turn into a wolf.

History:
As a child, Audriane was a shy little kid with a full head of curly hair. The kind of kid that adults just fell in love with. Her sister Niamatra was the opposite- they were twins, though. On occasion, they would go out with their family for dinner. Niamatra always wore pink, Audriane black.
Coming home from a party with her twin one night, it started to rain. Niamatra had been acting strange all night, but when they crossed by a bar, she grew restless. “Aubby,” she whispered. “We need to leave now; this place- it isn‘t good.” Audriane crossed her arms. “Why?” It was strange of her to ask questions when someone was so serious, but why was her sister being like this?
A crack of thunder boomed and a bolt of lightning shattered a window loudly. Both girls shrieked in terror. “That‘s why!” Niamatra screamed. The wind started to swirl dangerously as the two children hugged each other. After a few minutes of endless moaning from the storm, the whole street went eerily silent. Not one sound was heard from anywhere on it; neither one could make a noise. But maybe that was because one wasn‘t there.

Audriane felt herself fall far from the ground, her stomach past the point of dropping out. She heard herself land but didn‘t feel any impact. Feeling on the pitch-black floor, the young girl crawled until a glowing place loomed around her. She felt herself picked up and spun around- yet she wasn‘t dizzy. It felt oddly familiar, even! Her short hair felt funny as more hair brushed her neck and she watched as everything about her glowed with the room. Audriane had the strangest feeling- like she could fly!
Jumping in the air, the new fairy felt her wings spread and send her soaring upwards to nowhere- until she was once again in her bed. The fairy inspected her fingernails and hair- she was different. Nowhere were her parents or her sister! She was alone… With new powers and feelings she couldn‘t yet harness.

There was a girl with the looks of a sixteen year-old. Her hair was covering her face so she couldn‘t see anything. The sensations around her burned over and over as she felt her wings leave her. Since she couldn‘t look, Audriane only winced as her fairy marks left and she heard voices. The rules were simple. She could now go into daylight, but she wasn‘t allowed to say what she was. If she did, they would completely take her title of fairy- The Flying Light. A deep feeling of anger entered her. Why had they done this to her? Even though the wolf had damaged her wings so, they decided not to fix them- only take them. Would there be any way to get them back now?
