Kyra is the typical teenager, though a bit taller, 5'4". She's pale, but not to where she looks white, she just has less color than most, and burns easily. Her hair is long, straight and brown, no matter what anyone does to try and curl it, it's always straight. She would be rather pretty, if she showed off her figure, but Kyra tends to wear jeans and t-shirts, not often wearing figure-flattering clothes. Her favorite accessory ever, though, is her pet raven Lenore, who always seems to be somewhere near her.[/color]

Personality:
Kyra is an unusual teen, she prefers to stick on her own with her bird, instead of with other people. They tend to make fun of her for various reasons, tallness, smartness, but their favorite is saying she's a witch with her raven slave. Her self-confidence is low because this has been going on all her life, and no one has yet stopped it, the only one who has ever tried is her bird friend Lenore. The smart little raven is smart enough to read his human friends emotions, and He'll react to those around her accordingly, on his own, how he sees fit. But even with her little friend, Krya tends to try to escape reality in her books, burying herself in the stories of fairies, werewolves and vampires. She tries to put on a brave face around the bullies, either ignoring them or talking back, but when she gets upset and doesn't have a book nearby it'll overwhelm her, and she'll cry easily.

History:
Kyra had a normal childhood, growing up and going to pre-k. She had friends, but only one or two, she tended to stick by herself and play alone, instead of with other children, no one ever knew why. When she was really shunned was in first grade, and they learned to read. Kyra loved reading so much she leapt ahead of her class, two grade levels, and each year that grew. She was crushed when her father died mysteriously, body mangled and broken. That was the year she found Lenore. She never really recovered from her father's death, she's been less able to cope with bullies and more dependent on books to help her escape from reality. Her mom isn't around for months at a time, staying for about a week before leaving for a few more months, struggling in her job that supports them.
