Jessica smiled at him, her heart was pounding though, she wanted to get out of here fast, and as soon as all her belongings where in the bag she turned to say, reply really to his sweet words, ''I will stay there''. She kissed his lips lightly, a thank you note. But she could feel the anger coming from down stairs and she grabbed his hands, her blue eyes burning. ''I think its best we go''. |

Sai nodded hios head in agreement, but then he pulled her toward him, giving her a real kiss as a 'your welcome', but it lasted only a few glorious seconds. "Let's go," He said, taking up the bag and taking her hand, pulling her gently down the stairs, not giving her father a second glance. He was hoping that he wouldn't grow to regret this choice, that he could get his emotions in check so that he could give her more, so that he, maybe, would be able to be her partner in life, even though they where completely different species.

Jessica smiled as her cheeks beamed red. His kiss was sweet, but they had to go. The red head watched as he grabbed her bag, as they walked she did not even glance at her father, the man she despised ''Were exactly are we going?''. Her blue eyes looked up at Sai, her hand intertwined in his. She truly was scared, she had never done this before and she wandered if this was right. Sai squeezed her hand lightly, looking down affectionately at her. "We're going to my home. I'm afraid it won't be as grand as this house, rather modest in fact, but it is home, and you know what they say. Home is where the heart is," He said, opening the passenger door for Jess. He then moved to the driver's side and got in? Holding his hand out with big, pleading puppy-dog eyes. "May I have the honor of driving, my love?" He asked, a smile teasing on his face as he leaned closer.

Jessica walked slowly, she was not exactly happy right now, but sad was so not it. Jessica was confused, and scared still, but some how Sai could find a way to make her smile, ''Of course you can''. She sighed now, her head wanting to rest against his shoulder, she was tired, the night was long, and some how, it seemed there was still much to come.
